What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?
People who don’t want to provide personal details, will still be able to visit our website and see most pages anonymously, but won’t be able to purchase any products, participate in contests, receive our newsletter, or use other services provided on our website.
When do we collect information and how long is it stored?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, open a Support Ticket or enter information on our site, or when you provide us with feedback on our products or services.
User information of unused accounts is automatically removed from our servers 1 year after the last login.
This does not apply to Newsletter subscribers, though. If you subscribed to our Newsletter, your email address will remain stored in our mailing list until you actively unsubscribe, even if other user data was removed because you didn’t login to our website for more than 1 year.
If a user asks to remove all stored personal data, we will do so immediately.

Game Brewer’s server is administered by TransIP, having it’s principal office in the Netherlands.
All payment transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. Game Brewer doesn’t store transaction details like bank or credit card info. Should a data breach occur, we commit to taking responsive action. All stored users will be notified via email within 3 business days. We will also notify everyone via in-site notification within 3 business days.
